I designed the learning track for behavior change and reducing readmissions content, commissioned writers, wrote articles, and oversaw the editing and review process.

I collaborated with Kandu Navigators to develop a curation station for them to deliver the right information at the right time. I established a taxonomy to differentiate content types and tags.

I analyzed the mental health content, identified themes, filled in gaps, and ensured the user experience was supportive of the mental health journey of coping with a chronic condition.
